I understand and agree that installation of this product must be performed by a competent person who understands motorcycle fuel systems. I acknowledge that Shut Up and Ride LLC is not responsible for installation, misuse, or any resulting damages. I (or the installer I choose) accept full responsibility and liability for installation. I understand that improper installation may void the product warranty provided by Shut Up and Ride LLC, and that installing this product may also affect or void my motorcycle manufacturer’s factory warranty. I further acknowledge that improper installation carries risks, including serious injury or death.
These acknowledgments are collected as required checkboxes in the kit request.
Warranty Coverage
Shut Up and Ride LLC warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship (such as sudden leaks developing under normal use) for a period of 3 months from delivery date.
What Is Not Covered
Responsibility for Installation
Installation must be performed by a competent installer familiar with fuel systems. Shut Up and Ride LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or death arising from installation or use.
Support After Warranty Period
If a failure occurs outside of warranty coverage, Shut Up and Ride LLC will make every effort to assist customers — including offering repair options and/or replacement parts. Replacement parts pricing will reflect that these are plastic tanks intended for off-road adventure use, where impacts can occur.
The batch is limited to 10 kits total across all three kit types. Availability and first-five pricing are confirmed by the existing request system.
Each tank is leak tested before shipping from New York. Shipping dates are staggered by payment order. All kits in a single request share the same configuration; submit separate requests for different configurations.
